Ethernet Failover - Switching based on Uplink monitoring
- VCL-SAFECOMM-E-GE will keep monitoring the Remote Side connectivity.
- VCL-SAFECOMM-E-GE may be configured to monitor different remote IP Addresses (within the same network domain) on MAIN and STANDBY Ports.
- VCL-SAFECOMM-E-GE may also be configured to monitor same remote IP Address on MAIN and STANDBY Ports.
- VCL-SAFECOMM-E-GE may also be configured for various test switching methods including fixed switching, Packet Counter, LOS or Manual Switching.
- VCL-SAFECOMM-E-GE can also be configured to switch upon receiving a dry contact (relay close) alarm.
- Fail-Safe. Never itself becomes a point of failure. Automatically reverts to and reconnects to the “primary network” / “link” even in a power down condition.
